The 1.3MP Exir Turret Network Camera is equipped with a fixed lens, typically with a focal length between 2.8mm to 12mm, providing a wide to narrow field of view depending on the desired coverage area. Being a network camera, it connects to your network via Ethernet (rj45) cable, allowing for easy integration into your existing surveillance system. This technology allows for better infrared illumination compared to traditional IR LEDs, providing clearer images in low light or complete darkness, has a significant IR range, such as 30 meters for night vision capabilities this enables the camera to capture clear images even in complete darkness. The camera is designed to withstand various weather conditions, typically rated as IP66 for dust and water resistance. This makes it suitable for outdoor installations.

- Contact your seller/ eShop and discuss the matter about your order. If you’re unable to resolve the issue, request a refund.
- Apply for a return/refund by following the below process:
(a) Submit a Refund/ Request under our Online Buyer Protection Scheme.
(i) Send an email to refunds@emoolo.com using your registered email ID, provide all the necessary details about your dispute or return.
(ii) Fill out and submit an online refund request form which can be found under your order history. Ensure to indicate all the relevant information and reasons for your refund request.
(b) All refund requests shall be processed and concluded by eMoolo within 7 days after receiving your request.
