Chef's knife that contains a thick blade of 8 to 14 inches long with a larger handle is perfect for fruits, vegetables and every basic cutting. The cleaver knife, is used to crush, pound vegetables or hard foods because of its flat blunt blade, split and cleave different kinds of meat and cut through bones. The Honing rod helps to sharpen your knife having a whetstone use friction to remove some of the steel and create a new, sharper edge.
