This bee Propolis is a natural extract from bees that has demonstrated antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-fungal and even antiviral properties.
Propolis is a lipophilic in nature, sticky, brown substance sometimes known as bee glue, hard and brittle material and it becomes soft, pliable, gummy, and very sticky when heated. The honey bees gather tree resin, the main ingredient in propolis, from buds and cracks in the bark. The bees add salivary secretions to the resin by chewing on it and add beeswax to the mix.
It is a complex mixture made by bee-released and plant-derived compounds. In general, raw propolis is composed of around 50% resins, 30% waxes, 10% essential oils, 5% pollen, and 5% of various organic compounds.

- Contact your seller/ eShop and discuss the matter about your order. If you’re unable to resolve the issue, request a refund.

(a) Submit a Refund/ Request under our Online Buyer Protection Scheme.
(i) Send an email to refunds@emoolo.com using your registered email ID, provide all the necessary details about your dispute or return.
(ii) Fill out and submit an online refund request form which can be found under your order history. Ensure to indicate all the relevant information and reasons for your refund request.
